The average plan of care (how many sessions I prescribe) is anywhere from 3-6 sessions, depending on your unique concerns and goals. The initial session will include movement and treatment. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. You will be sent a personalized exercise program after each session to continue your progress towards your goals at home. Each session will include a combination of full body assessment, manual hands on therapy, therapeutic corrective exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education on how to supplement treatment while at home. Expect to spend 60-minutes at your initial evaluation, and 45-60 minutes at your follow up visits. Every session will be one-on-one with me. You can expect to be heard, seen and cared for at every session. You do not need permission by your provider to initiate physical therapy! If you have a concern, we can get started right away! What can I expect? You will need a referral within 10 days of starting treatment and I can assist you with this process by sending your evaluation document to your preferred provider for signature. You do not need a physician referral for a physical therapy evaluation as Texas is a direct access state. ![]() Payment is due at time of service with credit card.
